COMPANY HISTORY

Founded in 1985 as the controls and integration division of Electro-Techniques, Inc., an industrial electrical contracting firm, we incorporated in 1998 as a separate entity named Control Dynamics, Inc. Our ability to provide inclusive turn-key controls integration to our core markets has resulted in many satisfied customers in West Michigan as well as the United States. In January 2024, Control Dynamics, Inc., sold to Verona Industrial Controls, based out of Howell, Michigan. VIC emerges as a dynamic new entity, headed by the same visionary minds behind Verona Industrial Equipment, LLC. Operating under the d/b/a Control Dynamics Integrators (CDI), VIC is poised to revolutionize the industry landscape with its innovative approach and unwavering commitment to their customers.
